Profile: HR Executive 

Work Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Job Description:

1. Recruitment and Selection:

  • Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle Sourcing, Job posting, Preparing
  • JD, Screening, Evaluating, Salary Negotiations and Reference Checks.
  • Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the specifications
  • through - Internal databases, Employee referrals, Job portals, recruitment
  • consultants & sending recruitment letters to the colleges, etc.
  • Interact with HODs of each Team to understand Jobs descriptions to aid
  • profile matching.
  • Conducting the initial HR interview.
  • Pre-joining formalities.
  • Scheduling Induction for New Joiners.
  • Introducing the new joiners to the location HR & Admin team and introducing
  • them to the departmental representative& other staff.
  • Coordinating the monthly induction program.
  • Making employees aware of various HR/ office/ ISO Policies.
  • Maintaining Personal data of all employees in softcopy and hardcopy.
  • Processing all joining and separation formalities.
  • Marking sure that the separated employees accounts are cleared within specified period.


2. On-Boarding / Induction

  • Sharing Induction Kit to new joinees
  • Sharing Introduction email of new joinee with all staff.
  • Maintaining Documentation and updating MIS Details
  • Preparing all type of letters Offer letter, Appointment letter, Relieving letter,
  • Experience Letter and miscellaneous letters.


3. Training and Development:

  • Identifying the training needs of the employees by having discussion with the HODs.
  • Preparing the training calendar.
  • Organizing the training programs.
  • Registering for Seminar & events which are approved by HODs.
  • Subscribing for Websites & various magazines.


4. Exits:

  • Initiating the exit formalities
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Issuing experience and relieving letters.
  • Maintaining exit interview details and conducting analysis and providing
  • feedback to the management on quarterly basis for employee exits by
  • analyzing the data generated by exit interviews.


Doing the Full & Final settlement
5. Employee Benefits:

  • Maintaining Tracker for Addition and Deletion of New joinee and Exit
  • Employee monthly for payroll processing.
  • Responsible for Term insurance of employees from coverage to
  • settlement of claim.
  • Planning and executing events for employees.
