Executive- Engineering Projects @ Harvas Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand user requirements, propose workable solutions to meet the requirements and reach agreements with the users and define scope of the projects
- Develop process flow diagrams, equipment layouts based on agreed user requirements,
- Develop project plan, estimates, schedules and manage and document changes
- Work with vendors/suppliers to get estimates/offers, prepare techno-commercial comparison, and provide recommendation
- Coordinate with user departments for planning and execution of project activities and execute all projects activities ensuring good engineering practices, good hygiene practices, and good manufacturing practices
- Lead installation and commissioning of equipments and associated utilities
- Work with internal teams, vendors to develop SOPs, operation and maintenance manuals, spare parts listing
- Ensure statutory/ regulatory compliance in all project activities
