Position Description:
The Lead Management system describes role of generating leads for PAN India placed Bonanza branches & franchises for Broking /MF/Insurance /Medical tourism/Real estate & other segments of Bonanza. We welcome freshers as well as experience callers in sales & outbound marketing for position of Leads coordinator & Sr. Leads Coordinator.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Generating Leads for the above mentioned products & assigning the same to the concerns sales team & sales franchisee of the organization.
Calling on the data i:e Dormant /Active / Inactive Other raw data extracted from the management.
Calling actively on Renewal data for Insurance & Health card segments for acquiring highest renewals.
Updating of all the generated leads & procured products in company available software like Sales Go & BEAT etc.
Regular follow up with the respective sales team for the Business & timelessly conversion out of leads generated.
Building Report with clients & cross selling other segment products to achieve KRA points.
Developing strong relationship with clients & sales team to maximize the business numbers.
Achieving monthly KRA points & Products targets as decided by the management.
Maintaining leads trackers/ login conversion trackers on daily & monthly basis.
Actively participating in all staffing related activities & engage in cross functioning projects & operational part of the organization.
Attending product training & improvising knowledge on all segments of the company.
Develop and execute a personal time management plan.
