Inbound Calls Domestic Calling Outbound Calling Outbound Process Customer Care 8879898***

Interact with insurance companies over calls to get the required status update and have the Insurance claims resolved.

Work with the insurance company on behalf of Doctor's, represent them and resolve the claims within the timelines and defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Any 9 Hours shift Between 10.00 am to 7.00 pm[Mon-Fri]
Weekends Off
Post Pandemic, Transport facility of Home Pick up and Drop available.
