Roles & Responsibilities

Source, screen and hire sales professionals.
Design and implement recruitment strategies.
Use internet and networking to source right candidates.
Source sales personnel through job fair, campus recruitments and employee referrals.
Assist and support hiring managers in sourcing sales persons.
Assist hiring managers in developing hiring and interview materials.
Develop staffing methods and implement.
Assist in day-to-day operations of administrative manager.
Maintain, manage and update employee databases with referrals.
