Job Description
We have an urgent opening for the position ofCorporate HR - Talent Acquisition (Female) in Kolkata for a reputed Technical Services company.
DESIGNATION: Corporate HR (Talent Acquisition)
LOCATION: Kolkata (near Park Street)
CTC: 4 - 5 Lacs (negotiable)
# Position is open for Female graduates having at least 3 years experience in end to end Recruitment/ Talent Acqusition and some exposure in Performance Management (PMS).
$ This is a profile for a Technical Services (Engineering sector) company. NOT looking for pure IT Recruiters
Requirements for the said position are as follows.
Gender: Female
Age: 27 - 33 years
Education: MBA/ PGDM - HR preferred. Else other graduates with rich experience in Talent Acqusition/ Recruitment
Experience: 3 - 6 years experience in HR including Recruitment/ Talent Acqusition
Exposure: Recruitment of NON IT profiles, Recruitment of Technical/ Engineering profiles, Recruitment of Mid-level Managers
Job Profile:
1) End to End Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition (through multiple sources)
2) Manpower requirement planning, budgeting, CTC benchmarking, JD/ KRA preparation
3) Joining formalities, Onboarding & Induction process management
4) Performance Management/ Appraisal
Skills required:
1) Hands-on experience in managing recruitment lifecycle (from sourcing to joining)
2) Experience in handling job portals, linkedin, social media as required
3) Experience in managing Recruitment consultants
4) Ability to carry out pan-India recruitment for Non IT profiles
5) Knowledge/ prior experience in Overseas Recruitment/ International Recruitment preferred
6) Some experience in HR MIS/ Reports and PMS preferred
7) Must be very conversant in MS Office/ Google Docs
