Process Recruiters/Recruitment Coordinators responsibilities Position Purpose The PR/RC will be responsible for smooth execution of end to end Candidate coordination (90%) and Client management(10%) from organization's end (Technoscience's end). i.e. manage the post sourcing phase of recruitment (once the profiles are forwarded to the Client by the Key Account Manager and until after the guarantee period completion). This role will work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders whilst contributing to long term goals of Technoscience.
Reporting Line- The position reports to the Process manager, who will provide broad supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end to end ccandidate coordination (90%) and client management (10%)post sourcing phase.
- End to end candidate coordination (90%) and client management (10%) entails taking the responsibility of the profiles once they are shared to the client from Technoscience, until after guarantee period completion.
- Engaging with the candidates (90%) and Clients (10%) on calls and emails for - The interview management.
- Offer Negotiations.
Candidate(s) joining.
- And post candidate(s) joining phase until after the guarantee period completion.
- As a part of the data management project, update the Clients master trackers and interview worksheet on a real time basis.
- Collaborate with the process manager and ensure the feedback for all the shared profiles are received on time.
- Strategize ideas to ensure excellent candidate engagement post sourcing phase.
Reports and trackers Maintain the daily interview sheet, offer and joining tracker, and the master trackers.
