We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator will be engaged in providing administrative, reporting and project based support to the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the respective Manager(s) of Talent Acquisition, the TA Coordinator will be primarily accountable for the creation and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft office automation tools (Excel, PPT etc.,) and ATS(Application Tracking System) related activities.
Additional duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage reporting and support TA related activities
- Assist in establishing best practices and workflows
- Talent Acquisition hiring and metrics reporting
- Reconciling Excel reports to capture data
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) related activities such as but not limited to, uploading resumes, updating of status, status report outs etc.
- Coordination of weekend drives
- Follow up activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
- Exceptional problem solving, time management, presentation and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic Qualification:
- Graduate degree or equivalent in relevant experience.
- 0-1 years of experience in an HR or Recruiting support role.
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) skills.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively presenting oneself with professionalism and confidence when interacting with staff and senior leadership across the organisation
- Ability to maintain the appropriate level of confidentiality
- Prior experience in converging multiple data points accurately with the ability to analyze and synthesize data for reporting purposes
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and aptitude for organisation
- Ability to be an out-of-the-box and anticipatory thinker - always being one step ahead
