Job Description

We have Urgent Requirement for Manager Commercial (Non Life Insurance).

Job Description:-

Candidate must be from existing insurance broking companies or any insurance cos. having good knowledge on all non life (general insurance) products like marine, fire, liability, gpa, gmc, etc. Also should be able to handle complete operations of back office and client servicing to certain extent. He should possess the art of handling objections and try to resolve without arguments with existing clients. should be decision maker in interest of company.

1. Getting details from client.
2. On the basis of details shared send data in specific format to multiple insurance cos to get the quotes.
3. Check the quotes and negotiate with insurance cos. for best terms and premium.
4. Send comparity analysis to client and speak to them and advice them for closure of proposal.
5. Should understand the proposal form of different products.
6. Explain the product to client its benefits and exclusion and proper modus operandi.
7. Continuous coordination and communication with clients & insurance cos.
8. Proper implications of excel formulas for different calculations.

Expereince:- 8-10 Yrs in Non Life Insurance Industry.
Other Details:- He should be currently at Supervisory Level.

Qualification:- Graduate (Prefered if Associate or Fellow of Insurance Institute of India)
Salary:- upto 9.00 LPA (Negotiable For Right Candidate).
