Enterprise Solution Architect @ Blue Yonder

To execute Partner enablement and support for Blue Yonder solutions which include:

• Delivery of Partner Product and Implementation Bootcamps for solutions
• Help JDA University to create Training content, Case Study and Online Test
• Collaborate with PD and PMG for content update (Release notes, version documents, latest collaterals etc)
• Disseminate latest product documentation to Partners as and when needed
• Conducting Interview and provide evaluation on candidates for accreditation
• Collaborate with Alliance Managers for bootcamp demand collection and collation
• Maintain and update the Partner Consulting Packages
• Collaborate with Services Sales and Alliance Managers for Package fine tuning and effort estimate to embed the package in partner proposal during sales cycle

What youll need:

• 7+ years of hands on experience as a Business Consultant / Solution Architect providing supply chain solutions for customers including 3+ years of experience working with BY supply chain planning solutions as either a customer of BY or as a consultant implementing BY solutions for customers

• Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning

• solutions such as Oracle, SAP, or leading ERP may be considered

• Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required

• Relevant industry certification from APICS will be a plus

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred. A combination of Bachelor s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree

• Current or prior experience working in Management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center or Excellence settings preferred

• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user and management. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required

• Moderate Travel required (Approximately 30% across the globe).
