We are currently seeking a Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Advisor (Payroll) to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
• 3 - 5 years implementing or supporting Oracle Payroll (Cloud)
• Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
• Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)
• Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
• Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
• Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
  • Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
