Job Description

Any Graduate with minimum 2year experience in handling BPO Training (Process) Process for reputed BPO companies.
Knowledge on Banking would be an Added Advantage / Preferable.
The candidate must be fluent in English with (Hindi/Telugu / Kannada/Tamil).
The candidate must have thorough understanding of BPO Training process.
Modules and training methodology.
The candidate should be well versed with Training Techniques
provide Training on Batch wise.
Fish Bone analysis.
The Candidate should be able to handle 20 - 30 Trainee batches.
The candidate should be able to independently improve the Training performance.
The candidate must be good in PPT and Excel.
Graduation is mandate.
