SAP PS CPM Consultant @ Larsen & Toubro

Domain Experience : Three to Five years of experience in Engineering & Construction and / or Construction and / or Engineered To Order Discrete Manufacturing industry in Planning or Project execution functions. Experience of Planning using Primavera. Deeper understanding of Project site management activities, related logistics & operations.

SAP Experience : Implementation of SAP S/4HANA EPPM suite comprising Project Systems (PS) and Commercial Project Management (CPM) and / or Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) modules for minimum two projects with hands-on Blue-printing, Design and implementation activities.

Total implementation experience should be three projects (comprising S/4HANA and ECC 6.0) spanning Four to Five years. At least two projects must be for Engineering & Construction or Construction / Real Estate industry verticals. Experience of integrating SAP PS & PM modules with specialized Project Management applications.

Deeper understanding of SAP CPM, PPM and related BW-IP and VB issues. Experience of integrating SAP with Primavera using SAP EPC and other relevant tools. Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative solutions for SAP white spaces. Other Desired Experience & Knowledge It is highly desirable to have experience in Designing & Implementation of Digital solutions for Engineering & Construction / Engineered to Order Discrete Manufacturing industries. Integration of Design engineering applications with SAP.

Design & Implementation of business analytics solution addressing Projects business KPIs Skills & Competencies

Functional skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Have a good functional understanding of Engineering & Construction business processes. Should be able to translate business requirements into SAP solution. Should have clarity of thoughts to articulate ideas & analysis through illustrative documents & process mapping tools. Must have sharp Analytical and excellent Articulation capability. Should be able to lead pre-sales efforts comprising Customer workshops, RFP responses and Solution Demos. Should possess ability to create functional and technical design documents and detailed design specifications. Understanding of Change Management issues and mitigation approaches and ability to drive these in Customer workshops.

Communication Skills: Very good written and spoken English language competencies. Proven track record of effective interfacing with Customer teams

Education & Qualifications : Bachelor degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and post-graduation either in Technology or Operations / Project Management from reputed university.
