Job Description

Looking for a Assistant General Manager Electrical for our company located at Bhandup..
1.Independently handling all the site in and around Mumbai.
2.Taking Reports from Site Co-ordinator on a daily basis.
3.Organize Manpower as and when required.
4.Keeping in touch with clients and attending to them.
5.Resolving Technical issues whenever required.
6.Putting systems & processes so that all the projects are managed efficiently all the time.
7.Getting New Orders.
8.Clearing Purchase Indents after through verification.
9.Reporting to Directors on a Daily basis.
10.Ensuring the GST bills are made and certified on time.
11.Ensuring Good workmanship and quality control.
12.Proper correspondence with Clients, Architect and Consultants.
13.Preparation of Pert Charts Schedules.
14.Preparation of Targets and monitoring the same.
15.Visiting all sites once in a week.
