Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Oversee Singapore customers and act as a single point of contact (Corporates).
Deliver after sales service to clients.
Conduct onsite and online product trainings for clients.
Frequent visits to our top notch customers every month to cultivate the relationship.
Proactive interaction with clients on call and/or email to trail their business requirements and work in conjunction with them to deliver ROI.
Serve as a leader and point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature or complex problems
Demonstrate functional expertise , deep business understanding to identify customers concerns and recommend solutions
Close collaboration with other functions/stakeholders. Ability to work in a team and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Direct involvement in handling top accounts.
Work with customers to enhance delivery of service through effective monitoring of programs, process improvement, and problem prevention/resolution initiatives
Ensure customer commitments, satisfaction, quality, schedule, and performance goals are met
Continues accounts review with Sales and other functions to reinforce the service strategies
Generate and maintain service usage reports regularly
Focus on CSAT and FCR scores
Look after service setup and implementation
Handle Inbound and Outbound process to help clients
Knowledge & Skills Required
3- 8 years of experience in Customer Service field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Should have Corporate Customer Service handling expertise
Knowledge of dotcom domain will be a plus point
Must have MS Office understanding
Strong self management and self leadership skills
