Job Summary:
We are building a High-Performance Team here atROBU.IN& have vacancy for anElectronics Sales Executiveto join our team. Please note this is an experienced-level position, suitable for recent graduates of Bachelors degree inElectronicsorElectronics & Tele-Communication (EnTc)or someone having at-least06 months to 3 years ofElectronics Sales Experience, or someone who has worked inSales Engineerprofile forElectronic Products & Components.

Job Description:

TheElectronics Sales Engineerwill help to promote products of the company to the customers/clients of the company and negotiate with the aim of maximizing profits for the company. Sell electrical, electronics, electronic parts or related products & services to customers/clients as per their needs & requirements(Electronic components, Sensors, Element 14, Millennium conductors & semiconductors, sensors, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on.).

Educational Qualification Required:

Bachelors Degree in Electronics OR Electronics & Tele-Communication (EnTc) is preferred.

Gender:Male Candidates only apply.

Number of Positions:01 only.

Experience:06 months to 3 Years experience in Sales/Electronics Sales Executive/Engineer profile, forelectronic products&Components.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieving Sales targets.
  • Maintaining average margins.
  • New customer addition and customer retention.
  • Analyze needs of customers/clients and consult accordingly.
  • Recommend products, equipments or services of company to customers/clients as per their needs & requirements.
  • Negotiate terms of Sales & Services with customers/clients.
  • Document Sales by creating and updating records of customer/Clientele profiles.
  • Any other responsibilities that the job may require from time to time.

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills in English(Both verbal and written), Hindi and Marathi.
  • Good Convincing skills with excellent knowledge & hands-on skills in MS-Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in electronics/electrical products, components, technical details of electronic products and approachable to customers/clients.

Salary:Rs. 2,80,000/- to Rs. 3,62,000/- per annum + Sales Incentive: Up to Rs.1,20,000/- per annum.(In handRs.18,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month(Fixed)+ Sales Incentives(Up to Rs.10,000/-) per monthbased on targets achievement).
