Job Descriptions POI Workflow

Roles POI Editor QC ROLE
Activity Report a Problem from Customers, Apple Employees, Business Owners, Surveyors,

Data Feed Updates, etc.

Min Experience Graduation/15 years of education is minimum qualification requirement
Qualification a) Prefer to have Work on POI projects, web research, data validation.

b) Work experience of 1-2 years
c) Perform validation by calling if required
d) Fluent in English and able to converse on a phone call in a language or
languages as agreed before.
e) Ability to run tests and provide feedback on newly defined procedures
including the use of tools, policies and workflows. Applicable training
to Apple specific requirements will be provided, if necessary.
f) GIS tools working knowledge, MAPs POI editing experience min 6
months to 2 years
g) Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule (24/7)
h) Minimum Work experience as QC for 6 months
