Job Description

Job opening for Sales Admin SAP for reputed MNC manufacturing company at Vasai, Mumbai.

Candidates must have experience in Back office Sales Coordination into SAP.

Key Skills

• You will be responsible for day to day pre-sales activities.
• Coordinating with the sales team on day to day basis and checking with the team sales activities about the placing of order, pricing, quantity for the sales order and the quotations.
• Manage Sales team technical queries and coordinate the resources to the management.
• You should have a good understanding about pre-sales from manufacturing or engineering background.
• You will be working as a mediator between the sales team and the management, you should have a good communication skills and should have experience in drafting emails, etc.
• You should also have good experience handling SAP and extracting data in MS Excel.
• You will be having meetings with the Director to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
• Provide technical solutions to the sales team and the management in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
• Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly.
• Handling and controlling day to day activities and follow ups.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Min. 2 Years

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Vasai, Mumbai
