Position : Area Lead Design Engineer Electrical (5 Positions) /Lead Design Engineer Electrical(2 Positions)
Work Experience 10-16 yrs Area Lead Engineer level / 14-20 yrs Lead Engineer Level
Work Location - Baroda
CTC: Area Lead Engineer -12-16 LPA / Lead Engineer- 14-22 LPA
Job Responsibilities
Monitoring / Review of engineering. activities by efficiently communicating within the team and other disciplines. Responsible for man-hour estimates, scheduling & resource planning.
Should possess knowledge of discipline, current technology, codes & standards
The candidate is expected to lead & guide a team in the capacity of a Team lead / group leader for Oil & Gas Onshore processing facilities, petroleum refining, petrochemicals, chemicals, fertilizers, LNG & LPG projects.
Responsible for coordinating with local and international clients/PMC and vendors
Should have strong functional knowledge in System Study (Short Circuit, Load Flow, Motor start-up, Transient Stability, Arc Flash, Insulation coordination etc.), Relay coordination, EMC, SAFOP and should have hands on experience in any of the software such as Digsilent, ETAP, SKM tools, EDSA etc.
Must have worked at site for at least one project. Exposure to proposal engineering is required.
The candidate is expected to have sound knowledge in Substation Engineering, Field Engineering, Interface Engineering, Coordination with Site, client and vendors.
Should be working in the capacity of lead engineer or principal engineer for more than 5 years and should have led at least 3 projects as lead Engineer.
Should be thorough with work process in a detail Engineering consultant company.
Should have handled procurement engineering including vendor document review.
Skill Set -
BE/B Tech Electrical with 10-20 years experience in design engineering for Oil & gas project
Good experience of Engineering calculation / team Leading & design review
Excellent communication and Microsoft office skills
Strong problem-solving and Technical knowledge
Being able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
