Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via calls.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
  • Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.
  • Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.
  • Executing trades on behalf of customer
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • 100% call tagging on CRMS.
  • 100% call back on call disconnection.
  • Have a good positive attitude-should be committed to the work.
  • Perform each duty above with our customers satisfaction as the number one priority.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • NCFM/NISM VIII certifications in capital markets, derivatives, and currency derivatives
  • Good quantitative/analytical skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills required
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Good Internet Connection is must
