Role is with a Globally Operating India HQed Conglomerate

Lead International Sales & Marketing for an organization with annual international business revenue of INR 450 - 500 crores

Drive international sales & marketing to achieve international business target of INR 1000 crores by FY 2024 - 2025

Role KRAs

• New business development
• Key account management
• Lead VAVE projects to enhance cost competitiveness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders - Operations, HR, Finance, NPD etc.
• Receivables management
• Effectively manage the team

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional who has handled annual sales of INR 150 crores plus
• Experience in handling APAC / Europe / Americas market
• Professional should have experience in leading a geographically dispersed team
• Experience in international sales & marketing in auto component / steel industry is ESSENTIAL
