In addition to having the technical skill and qualifications, candidates must have a clear understanding of the US market with reference to benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and types and related work-related laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for US Clients.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and Hiring Managers to discuss & understand requirements properly.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
- Work on different types of IT requirements such as Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, HTML, and XML, etc.
- Responsible for Sourcing profiles through various Job Portals like Monster, Carrier Builder, Job Diva, LinkedIn.
- Screen the candidates for the required skills, negotiate the rates competitively to source the potential candidates.
- In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Companys's growth perspective in mind.
- Attend team meetings, Publish daily reports to Management every day.
- Ensure meeting Daily/Monthly target of submitting quality candidates
- Able to meet the Monthly Placement Targets.
- Updating the Database Tool daily up to date.
- Keeping knowledge of the industry trends.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
- Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
- Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts.
- Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
- Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
- Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
- Excellent negotiating skills, strong communication skills to suit US standards., excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Graduate from a recognized university Esp.B.E./B.Tech (preferred)
