Job Description
IT-Alliances is urgently looking for an HR Recruiter for internal hiring of US IT/ Non-IT Recruiters, Account Managers, BDMs, Back office staff etc.
Job Profile:
- Co-ordinating with the Internal team to determine staffing needs of hiring US IT Recruitment Specialists for internal hiring
- Drafting and posting job openings on various online channels like job portals, Linked In, Facebook, personal referrals, etc...
- Sending recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Sourcing, screening resumes, and submitting as per requirements
- Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Sending calendar invites to the concerned hiring team and the candidates
- Following up on the interview process status
- Completing timely reports on hiring status and submitting them to all the stakeholders.
- Updating ATS daily
Required skills
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience in US IT Staffing companies hiring US IT Recruiters, Account Managers etc....
- Should be able to hire US IT Recruitment Professionals from Freshers to Senior level
- Proven experience in Headhunting candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors with a degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
