Roles and Responsibilities
To service client calls received on the BNY Mellon hotline relating any queries related to the various payment platform services and their account specific inquiries.
Candidate would also be required to support Operations tasks i.e. supporting client on boarding activities, BAU reporting and metric submissions, supporting client instruction file submissions and reconciliations etc.
Use the knowledge provided on existing BNY Mellon payment platforms to support client inquiries, act as a single point of contact to support all troubleshooting/ monitoring and issue resolutions for clients. Be on top of the latest system enhancements and roll outs made to clients, to ensure information shared with clients is aligned.
In addition to rendering support on Client calls candidate would be also be supporting BAU Operational tasks, for example: -
