Job Description
Shifts 12 Hours (Rotational Shift Day-8 AM to 8 PM/ Night-8 PM to 8 AM) and 24 Hours Stay Duty (Stay Duty- Stay/Accommodation in patient home itself till duty continue).
Qualification - GNM or BSC Nursing with Registration.
The Job Roles requires the incumbent to do the following activities:
Major Responsibilities Travelling to patients homes and managing their care plans according to physicians instructions.
Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests, and other Nursing Procedure.
Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.
Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or on-going care of the patient.
Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient.
Skills Must be aware about what all examinations are done for patients.
Life supporting Equipment Knowledge like Ventilator, BIPAP, CPAP etc.
Neuro, Respiratory and Cardiac system and their disease knowledge.
Knowledge of emergency medicine and subcutaneous injections. Tracheostomy Care, RT Insertion, Catheterization etc.
