Job Description
Job Objective:The objective of this job is departmental coordination & communication and implementation of e-Mail policy in the state.
Primary responsibilities
1. Program level support & coordination between implementation agency, Nodal agency and other stakeholders
of project.
2. Establish suitable program monitoring framework to monitor the progress of project running and highlight any
issues/slippages to higher authorities.
3. Act as the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution.
4. Support and facilitation for project implementation.
5. Share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders and brokering
relationships at all levels
6. Tracking of implementation milestones, examining the deliverables and monitoring Services Levels.
7. Assisting Project Monitoring Committee and Project Monitoring Unit (PMU).
8. Monitor Call Centre operational activities including SLA
9. Manage the Project Team. Refining, developing and monitoring metrics to assess the success of the team and
individuals.
10. Ensuring that all the stakeholders take active part in the project.
11. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
12. To coordinate day to day activity and correspondence with department(s).
13. Admin management of the email portal.
14. Examine the bill invoices against deliverables and process them for release.
15. Finance & Stakeholder/Vendor management
16. Coordinate & communicate for various trainings, refresher sessions, workshops, etc
17. All other project related work
of project.

Education & Experience:
Essential Criteria:
Qualification: B.E / B. Tech (any Stream)/ MCA Or Any Graduate with MBA (any stream)

Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management, multi-tasking, implementation of IT Projects/Email projects with 6+ year experience in email services with Domain registration / Configuration.
Experience in departmental coordination & communication and manpower management, etc.
DPN & IP-v4 to IPv6 Migration.
SMS , email mergers ; mail log handling :
Experience in server handling
Exposure to handle govt clients
Excellent verbal and written communication (both English and Hindi), presentation, and skills
Knowledge about Project Management interpersonal Standards, global best practices and its tools and techniques
