We are currently seeking a IT Consulting Principal Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).
Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience working in Model N Application
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Understanding of software development cycle
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Exceptional SQL knowledge and should be able to build complex queries
• Ability to understand the logic flow of programming through JAVA and XML
• Familiarity with Model N Revenue Management Application

Support Duties

• Provide functional and technical support for Model N application in resolving incidents logged by business users based on prioratization by Integra Leads
• Monitor and resolve technical issues related to Model N Integration with external business partners and internal systems
• Interface & coordinate with Integra, Service Desk, support teams (including Model N) to restore services. Initiate situation management conference bridge for major incidents and drive all resolver groups/3rd party vendors /partners /Integra for incident resolution
• Development and implementation of modifications required to resolve operational or functional defects, or other bugs
• Manage incident life cycle & comply with communication protocol for major incidents
• Coordinate with Model N and Integra on break fix patches and software update releases for testing and progression to UAT and Production
• Coordinate with Integra and Model N teams to create a roadmap of Services Packs implementation containing the approved defects.

Project/Enhancement Duties

• Prioritize the enhancements (including changes to reports and interfaces) as requested by the business based on impacts to key business areas and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with Integra and Model N teams to create a roadmap of enhancements delivery to business based on organizational timelines.
• Work with Business and IT to document business requirements driving changes / enhancements.
• Design, development changes as per the approved Requirements specifications
• Provide technical and functional oversight in testing the enhancements before being deployed to Production.
• Provide and record proper documentation for compliance and audit purposes
