We are currently seeking a SCCM Grade 11 to join our team in Noida, INDIA
- Supporting All aspects of SCCM Infrastructure viz. Software Distribution, Patching, Client Remediation, Baselines Custom Reports, Site Server Configuration, Troubleshooting with exposure to Intune and Autopilot (desired only).
- Deep understanding and troubleshooting knowledge of SCCM components like DP, MP, SUP, CUG, Boundaries etc.
- Open tickets with Microsoft Support and drive the calls when needed.
- Creating Packages and Applications in SCCM Console and testing their deployment.
- Knowledge of Monthly patch distribution using SCCM
- Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to break down problems into smaller parts, troubleshoot, collaborate.
- Create ad hoc reports from SCCM and basic understanding of MS Excell and office tools.
- knowldge of MS Intune / Autopilot would be nice to have.
