Understanding or Working experience on banking application (Finacle or similar core banking application, Treasury, Base24, Lending - FinnOne-LOS, LMS, payments, etc).Provide support for functional & technical issues in applicationsManaging the end-to-end lifecycle of all application incidentsEscalate incidents
