- Good experience in US IT Recruitment
- Experience in Tax terms 1099, W2, C2C
- Expertise in both Perm and contract hirings.
- Hands on experience with Software Technologies
- Good network of candidates and vendors
- Good in quality submissions and salary negotiations
- Must have a go-getter attitude to deliver resources in time
- Willingness to achieve more placements and incentives.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a good team player.
