Job Description and Candidate Expectation:
- Candidate must possess 5+ years of experience into Accounts Receivable (OTC) process with team handling experience.
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- Good knowledge of AR Collections process.
- Having excellent knowledge in ERP tools.
- Complete understanding of AR Billing process
- Should be an expert in managing all types of AR Billing related exceptions
- Should have experience of handling international client in BPM organization.
- Posting customer payments against open invoices
- Ensure timely completion of work allocations related to Cash Application
- Collection of payments from the customer so as to achieve the set targets
- Ensure timely completion of work allocations related to Collections activities
- Advanced knowledge of Collections concepts and applications
- Strong understanding of Collections metrics and SLAs and the factors that influence them
- Flexible working in global timings.
