Job Description:
Ensure smooth daily functioning of the school
Supervise implementation of policies, systems and processes
Monitor Substitution of teachers effectively
Provide pastoral care to the students, mentor teachers
Induction of teachers through orientation to school policy and processes provision of course outlines and work, and appropriate resources.
Coordinate the preparation of the annual school calendar,
Supervising the conducting of school annual events as well as weekly programs like student assemblies, PTMs, Remedials etc,
Sort daily concerns, keep communication smooth between school and parents via PRE
Any other duties as directed by the Principal
