Job_description:

Must have minimum 1 year experience as TL for a Banking process.
Overall experience of working at a contact center should be minimum 3 years.
Must have good knowledge on banking products & services (preferably inbound).
Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
Manage Day to day activities of the team and Motivate agents in a monotonous job Environment.
He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.
Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.
Preferable Immediate Joiners.
