HR Recruiter @ HR Always

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT & NON IT teams.
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as Telephonic, Video and personal.
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
Building New Network, maintaining client relationship,
Preparing database initiating new contacts is Plus - Must have at least 1+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment Process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Consultancy background candidate is first preference Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
Excellent communication skills and recruitment skills.
Good persuasive skills
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
. A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener.
Source, Screen and Evaluate potential candidates Selection and Offer Management Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact for candidate during the selection process, Post Offer Engagement etc.
Screening the candidates as per client requirement doing end to end recruitment Personal Traits: Good Communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude is mandatory.
Should be well versed with organization etiquette.
