CCX Analyst is part of the Digital Media Web Analytics team, responsible for interacting cross functionally with Data Science, Business, Finance and eCommerce teams to coordinate and oversee the collaborative development of Creative Cloud Express growth KPI forecasts. This position is responsible for driving continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and process to positively impact Target setting process. The successful candidate will have the highest level of data analysis and problem-solving skills and be versed in best practice forecasting methods. Responsibilities:
Gather data from a variety of sources- Adobe Analytics, Hadoop tables etc. Assess, interpret, and analyze the data in development of a thorough, accurate, and supportable traffic forecast for use in Target Setting process.
Analytic skills must include the ability to see the big picture and the demonstration of strong business intuition.
Thorough understanding of different statistical forecasting models/methods.
Strong web and marketing analytics knowledge.
Perform project management role towards the quarterly Forecasting process and scope all the new enhancements required for the subsequent quarter.
Continually seek, report, evaluate, and make recommendations to improve the forecasting process.
Expand data sources used in the forecasting process and integrate all available data sources in order to assess and monitor trends and changes.
Analytics Skill Set:
3-6 years related work experience in online ecommerce environments. MBA desirable.
Expert with Adobe Analytics analysis and insight generation.Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights in a clear manner
Strong analytical and quantitative orientation with advanced SQL knowledge in large, complex data environments.
Proven understanding of forecast methodologies. Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills.
Expert with Hadoop/big data environments to synthe and analyze data.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel- Expert at the creation and use of Excel pivot tables to drive analytics.
Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
