• Key characteristics of the profile: Agent Recruitment and their Activation to service existing agents & their client relationships.
• To map agency universe in defined territories & increase distribution, Agent training, workshops & interventions to promote focus products.
• Skill sets required: Good Inter-personnel skills needed to interact with multiple stakeholders like underwriting, claims, process owners & BSG.
• Data Analytical skills. Experience in non-motor product sales is preferred.
