Job Purpose-
Supports the Head Migrations in ensuring the successful transition of work processes by planning, organizing and coordinating the various phases of the transition from the perspective of the "catcher" of the processes. Works on multiple process migration projects.
Principle accountabilities-
- Engage directly with business/ process owner(s) to plan and execute business Migration / Transitions
- Will execute transition of process with end to end accountability
- Involve in extensive interaction with business users & senior management
- To lead client engagements, ensuring consistent service delivery
- Acts as the single POC on all migration projects; facilitates all project-related cadence, to ensure seamless collaboration across the various work streams in the organization
- Responsible to execute transition of processes with end to end accountability
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal and presentation skills
- Lead the interpretation and analysis of existing reporting or data, along with ability to drive data analysis into conclusions and actions
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer interaction skills
- should have strong work ethic and accountability to deadlines
- Proven ability to work independently with little supervision
- Organizational/planning, analysis/problem solving, priority setting/decision making, change leadership, initiative, assertiveness, adaptability, passion for excellence, interpersonal/coaching, communication, team building, ability to influence
- Project management and leadership skills
