Desired Candidate :

Should have minimum 1+ years experience as Quality Analyst on papers.

Should have experience into Call Auditing, Call Monitoring and Preparation of reports.

Should have experience of working on QC Tools such as Pareto, fishbone etc.

Should have good knowledge about QC Tools.

Education requirement: Graduate

Note: Candidates should have minimum 1+ years on Paper as Quality Analyst experience in Insurance sales or International process can forward their resumes on Ni***r@he*****e.com
