Process Name: International Voice Process

Shift Timings : Rotational Shift & Rotational Off
Work Location: Bangalore
Salary Package : upto 5.5lpa
Rounds of Interviews : HR round / Voice & Accent / Manager Round
Graduate Qualifications : Any Graduates/undergraduates
Experience Needed : Freshers or Experience in International BPO / Call Centre / Client Servicing / Customer Service / Technical Support.


UNDER GRADUATES WITH EXPERIENCE are considered too.



ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :

Customer Focus

Take ownership of each customer while empathizing and prioritizing customer needs.

Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations.

Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building.

Problem Solving Skills

Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.

Make appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively.

Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency.

Conduct research as needed.


Required Candidate profile:

Candidates who are freshers or with relevant experience can apply

*Possess good analytical skills - detail oriented.

*Possess good communication skills, both oral and written.

*Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS excel.

*Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work.

* Should be flexible working from office.
