Experience: 5-10 Years

Job Description: 

1. Expertise in implementing ITSM Suite (Incident, Change, Release, Problem), Service Catalog, Service Portal.
2. Expertise in customising ServiceNow tool using Business rules, Clients Scripts, Script includes
3. Strong experience in implementing custom dashboards/integrating reporting tools and CRM apps
4. Experience in implementing discovery, service mapping suite.
5. Experience in integrating third party applications using REST/SOAP methodologies
6. Proficient with ITIL processes like incident, change and configuration management
7. Experience in designing the solutions for complex requirements spread across multiple modules in ServiceNow
8. Experience in Service mapping implementation
9. Experience in AngularJS, JSON
10. Experience in implementing Common data service model.
11. Experience in writing custom patterns for Discovery and Service Mapping
