Position : HR Recruiter

Location : Malad West
Job profile:
Understand client requirement.
Sourcing suitable resumes as per client requirement from various sources like portals, referrals
Shortlisting resume.
Conducting telephonic interview and evaluate candidate for fitments.
Sending resume to team lead for further approvals.
Co-ordinating with clients.
Scheduling telephonic / In person interview.
Negotiating offer.
Follow up with candidate to make sure s/he joins and dose not leave before guarantee period.

Required Skills:
