Tech Mahindra is Hiring for HR Executive/Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the client requirements and manage end to end recruitment.
- Sourcing and calling candidates through Database / Job portals / Social media.
- Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates.
- Following up with the candidates for interview.
- Coordinating for the various rounds of interviews.
- Supporting in onboarding formalities.
- Target Based Job
- 6working days in a week.
Requirements:
- Graduates/Post Graduateshaving minimum6 Monthsof recruitment experienceinto a BPO sector.
- Freshers can also apply.
Job Location:Mumbai
