Job Description
Job Role: Salesforce Administrator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, page layouts, queues, and other Salesforce.com (SFDC) setup options as needed. Including but not limited to the creation of sharing rules, territory management, reports, and data analysis.
- Manage Salesforce CRM application including support requests, reports, and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
- Support data mass loading, issue analysis, testing support, etc. Including assisting in new/revised price load in SFDC/CPQ, setting up new products in SFDC/CPQ, any UAT or testing needed for new or existing configurations, as well as incident management.
- Gather requirements from business and facilitate effective communication and resolution between stakeholders and the development team.
- Tasks linked to this include defining stories (with corresponding tickets), prioritizing on backlog and sprints on behalf of the business priorities.
- Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements to drive and keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
- Assist with revision to SFDC fields; drop-down fields and simple coding of existing SFDC setup and future enhancements.
- Demonstrate, collaborate, and share expertise to educate surrounding team members to increase the collective knowledge of the team.
- Work on e-contracts using DocuSign,esignandother document apps of salesforce
- Update and maintain the process documentation.
- Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Demonstrated experience in service cloud and sales cloud functionality.
- Certifications in any of the below is good to have
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales cloud consultant, Service cloud consultant
