Inviting applications for the role of Sr Manager/Manager, Analyst Relations
We welcome talent that will constantly push the boundaries for newer and better ways of doing things. We are calling for an Analyst Relations team member who will lead and execute the AR plan for a portfolio of Genpact verticals/service lines.
The successful candidate should have proven success in project management, stakeholder management of senior leadership, and excellent verbal/written communication.
Responsibilities
Lead the AR plan for the Industry/Service line specific portfolios for Genpact, with a focus on industry verticals and enterprise services
Manage analyst and business leadership engagement across geographies (e.g., North America, Europe, and India); engage with analysts and build on-going relationships
Project manage the Analyst RFI process from end-to-end
Manage content and messaging on positioning/strategy/offerings for analyst briefings, rankings and other interaction
Plan leadership interactions, analyst events, and site visits (virtual and on-site) to maximize impact
Manage the Invoicing Process: Working with the Business, Marketing, and Sourcing teams to gain signoffs, Raising Purchase Requests and ensuring timely payments to the vendors by working with Finance
Create monthly internal and external newsletters
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Relevant experience in Analyst Relations
Stakeholder management/effective expectation management with internal senior leaders and the external analyst community
Excellent project management and time management skills meeting deadlines and delivering on time is a very crucial element of this role
Good communication skills
Excellent written skills
Preferred qualifications
Ability to work hours that overlap with Western US morning hours
