We are inviting applications for the role of Manager Operations
Responsibilities
Candidate would be expected to play a significant & critical role to act as a CLMSI Pipeline Manager (covering all Verticals and Solutions).
Responsibility would be to track and keep the leadership group agile about the weekly movements, deal progress and business insights with analysis backed with facts and data.
Key Expectation:
Run and drive weekly CLMSI Governance Pipeline calls (with focused discussions and agenda for every call)
Proactively ensure accuracy and completeness in pipeline preparation and number reporting to leadership.
Rigorously track and publish dashboards for support / non-compliances (if any)
Keep a check on FP&A requirements
Solve disconnects between Project Manager / Account Director and FP&A Team to recognize revenue
Perform data reconciliations with FP&A and SFDC Data
Support in preparation of Senior leadership presentations for Strategy Sessions
Regular connect with Project Managers / Account Directors for upcoming opportunities and deal progress from revenue stand point.
Key Skill Sets:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Should be proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Should have Problem solving Mindset

Minimum qualifications
Graduation / Post Graduation with experience in similar or FP&A role
