Job description

  • Train new hires- Sales and Financial markets
  • Train existing employees on Quality and Compliance standards
  • Draft Training programs from scratch
  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
  • Schedule appropriate training sessions.
  • Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
  • Supervise training budgets.
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations. - LMS
  • Train and guide new employees.
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
  • Strong communication skills- English and Hindi
  • Strong understanding of concepts in financial markets

Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer
Salary:- Take home up to 35K.
Position type/ Expected hours of work. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Note :-Work from office and Face to face round only
