Job description
- Train new hires- Sales and Financial markets
- Train existing employees on Quality and Compliance standards
- Draft Training programs from scratch
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions.
- Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Supervise training budgets.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations. - LMS
- Train and guide new employees.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
- Strong communication skills- English and Hindi
- Strong understanding of concepts in financial markets
Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer
Salary:- Take home up to 35K.
Position type/ Expected hours of work. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Note :-Work from office and Face to face round only
