Position: National Manager-Manufacturing Process Innovation (Chemical Engg) (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role:

- Business Excellence & manufacturing Process Innovation in all the Plants of the Company in India

- Process engineering & design support for improvement initiatives

- Process plant troubleshooting

- Rich experience in business analysis with insightful knowledge of analysis, design, development, testing, training and quality assurance

- Demonstrated ability in developing new processes and transforming old ones at business unit level while addressing staffing, technology, operations, maintenance, and training requirements

- Proficient in the execution of multiple projects & providing mentorship and coaching to the team members to ensure appropriate application of the Six Sigma Methodology in order to accomplish measurable business process improvements

- Strategic support to the Head of Operations for various central initiatives

Requirements:

- Chemical Engg from a Premier Engineering Institute (IITs/ NITs/ BITs, etc)

- 10-12+ yrs of overall experience

- 4-5 yrs of experience in Plant Design

- 4-5 yrs of experience in Energy Conservation, Process & Efficiency Improvement or Yield Improvement

- Possess excellent analytical, presentation, inter-personal and organisational skills with proven abilities in team management, process enhancement and training & development
