We are currently seeking a SAP MII/ UI5 Lead Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Day to Day job Duties:
- Work as an individual technical lead or as a consulting team member in the designing and development of SAP MII Based technical or business solutions.
- Analyzes customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure and applies principles, concepts and techniques of skills in developing solutions and strategies.
- Translate customer requirements into Technical and Functional documents.
- Interacts with company and client managers and identifies additional solutions in client organization.
- Coordinate with onshore/onsite counterparts, manage tasks, deliverables and anchor team development activities.
- Manage, Mentor and guide Junior/Entry level resources & team members, take initiatives in building solution offerings and programs to enhance team productivity and skillset.
- Provide state of the art web and integration solutions using SAP MII and most recent Web technologies.
Basic Qualifications: Must Have s
- Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of relevant SAP MII experience.
- Must have participated in at least 2 - 4 successful SAP MII project implementations.
- Very Strong Technical background in SAP MII solution development which includes components such as Data Services, Content Development, Visualization services and Message Services.
- Expertise in systems integration and designing technical interfaces using SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo) and/or standard connectors to ERP and shop-floor systems.
- Very Strong database programming skills (MSSQL or Oracle).
- Mastery in Web development skills using SAPUI5, HTML5 and JavaScript/jQuery web technologies.
- Expertise in several types of data services (For Example, oDATA, JSON, XML etc.)
- Good Understanding of Project methodologies and implementation lifecycle.
- Effective communication, organization and planning, work ethic, client facing and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in scoping, requirements gathering/definition, configuration/programming, testing, cutover and support.
Travel: This position requires limited or No travel.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
Nice to Have (but not a must):
- Good knowledge and hands on experience with building SAP Fiori based applications.
- Good knowledge and experience with SAP HANA database design, programming and reports etc.
- Knowledge of SAP Production planning and supply chain concepts in general.
