Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, is required with no gaps in education.
Job description -
"What you will do here ?
Provide high level Functional ERP Support on all modules to business users
Work closely with users to understand their problems and provide solution
Mentor ERP Support team in providing suggestions and better support to end users
Manage daily ERP ticket volume and resolution
Prepare RCA of P1 issues and track to closure
Coordinate with development team (L3) for technical issues and bug fix
Provide functional support and training to business users, as and when required
Support customization & best practices in implementation
Learn existing business process, identify gaps and MAP in our system
Ensure that the support system & function run smoothly
Manage Escalations and track resolution"
"What are we looking for?
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, is required with no gaps in education
Necessary skills include effective oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Tamil required
Proficiency in implementing more than 1 ERP module like - Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Finance, QC, Inventory, etc
Must have ERP implementation experience along with support
Excellent leadership skills in mentoring, coaching and people management
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ERP industry
Exposure to Open Source technology and Unix environment is desirable
Knowledge of ERP integration with other systems
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, is added advantage
Note Preference given to candidates residing in Navi Mumbai. "
