Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities :
• Responsible for developing new Key Banc (NBFC/BFSI - except ICICI Bank) partners, manage business from existing relationships.
• Motivate and lead the KRG team PAN India.
• Managing banc assurance product range and processes.
• Formulate strategy for sales, marketing and distribution for insurance products to suit client needs.
• Continually review existing product range, processes and sales channels to ensure Banc assurance products are aligned to our target segments.
• Negotiations with the product provider for fee revenue and marketing budget.
• Design lucrative incentive structure to mobilize interest with the sales teams across channels. Monitor industry and competitor trends.
